DRC series rolling machine is mainly composed of motor, inner brain assembly, grinding roller, host frame, sliding frame assembly, air storage loading cylinder, reinforced beam, fixed shaft seat, hydraulic station and other parts, tight structure, precision, smooth operation. The fixed grinding rolls are fixed on the main frame with bolts. The other set of grinding rolls as a whole in the main frame can slide along with the change of the pressure of the air energy storage loading cylinder, and automatically adjust the gap between the two sets of grinding rolls, that is, the finness of the finished product. Or when the two grinding tanks fall into metal debris, the sliding roller compresses the air energy storage loading cylinder due to the impact, which can promote the sliding set of grinding edges to let through. So as not to damage the equipment.
