Advantages:
1.Screen machine adopts block eccentric and external exciter structure. The whole disassembly design, the bearing seat and eccentric block arrangement is quite compact, this concentrated design makes the exciter not only has a huge exciting force, but also can be installed in the side plate hole as a whole, eliminating the trouble of replacing a single bearing, the whole disassembly and replacement only takes one to two hours, reducing maintenance costs.
2.The side plate of the screen machine is strengthened by bending the whole steel plate or Angle steel. Besides the welding of the beam steel pipe and the flange, the other parts are connected by torsional shear high-strength bolts. The connection between the side plate and the beam is all made of high-strength torsional shear bolts, and the tensile stress is 900MPa.
3.The bearing adopts rubber spring for vibration reduction, low noise and smooth operation. Compared with the metal spring, it has the characteristics of long service life, corrosion resistance, stable over resonance area, low noise, little impact on the foundation and so on.
4.The driving screen adopts the flap coupling with simple structure and easy manufacturing and maintenance, which overcomes the defect of the universal coupling easily damaged. The motor and the exciter are connected with a disturbing coupling plate, so that the torque transmission is not transmitted axially, so that the operation of the screen machine is more stable.
