How to troubleshoot overheating of air compressor?

1.Check the oil level of the oil separator: Make sure the oil level of the oil separator is sufficient. If the oil level is too low, add oil in time and check for leaks.

2.Clean the oil cooler: Check whether the oil cooler is covered or blocked by dirt. Use appropriate methods to clean the core fins of the oil cooler to ensure that the heat can be effectively dissipated.

3.Check the fan belt: Check whether the fan belt is loose or damaged. Adjust the tensioner or replace the damaged belt to ensure that the fan works properly.

4.Replace the thermal element of the thermostatic valve: Check whether the thermal element of the thermostatic valve fails. If necessary, replace the thermal element to ensure the normal operation of the thermostatic valve.

5.Clear the oil pipe from the thermostatic valve to the machine head: Check whether the oil pipe from the thermostatic valve to the machine head is blocked. Clean or clear the oil pipe to ensure smooth oil lubrication.

6.Clear the main oil inlet joint of the machine head: Check whether the main oil inlet joint of the machine head is blocked. Clean or clear the joint to ensure normal supply of oil lubrication.

7.Replace the oil filter element: Check whether the oil filter is blocked. Replace the filter element to ensure good oil filtration.

10.Improve the ventilation environment: If the ambient temperature is too high, improve the ventilation environment where the compressor is located and provide sufficient air flow to reduce the risk of overheating of the machine.
