1. The fuel quality is too poor. Drain all the fuel and blow out the fuel pipe.
2. The air filter is clogged, check, clean or replace it.
3. If the air or fuel pipeline is leaking or throttling, tighten the joints and replace them if necessary.
4. There is air in the fuel system to exhaust the fuel system.
5. The fuel pipe and fuel filter are clogged. Replace the fuel filter and blow out the fuel pipe.
6. The engine oil level is too high, drain the oil to the normal oil level.
7. The fuel return pipe is blocked, clear the blockage.
8. The turbocharger or intake manifold is leaking. Check the intake manifold pressure, clean, repair or replace it.
9. If there is carbon deposit or friction on the turbocharger, check the turbocharger, clean, repair or replace it.
10. The fuel injection pump timing is incorrect. Check the fuel injection pump timing.
11. The valve positioning is not accurate, check the push rod and spring.
12. If the fuel injection nozzle is not spraying properly, remove it, test it, clean it and repair it.
13. The fuel injection pump is not working properly. Remove it, test it, clean it and repair it.
