1 Properly extend the unloading time of the air compressor (no-load delay), and artificially pull the oil temperature to 85 ° C (90 ° C is most suitable).
2 Before and after the air compressor is installed, the user’s gas usage should be fully understood. The new customer must make a return visit a week after the installation, check the actual operating rate of the customer, observe the oil state, this is very important!
3 In the case of low air consumption screw machine shut down for 6 hours, periodically empty the condensate water in the oil tank until the oil is seen. (How long to discharge once depending on the use environment of the screw machine)
4 For users with particularly small air consumption, properly adjust the opening temperature of the cooling fan.
5. Put the water in the oil and gas barrel once a week, the water release method: open the oil and gas barrel drain valve before starting in the morning until a small amount of lubricating oil flows out, close the valve.
