How to troubleshoot insufficient exhaust volume of Diesel screw air compressor?

1. The air demand is too large. Check whether the gas equipment and the compressor displacement are suitable.
2. High-pressure air leaks. Check the air supply pipeline and valves to see if there are any leaks.
3. The air filter is clogged. Check whether the instrument displays a maintenance signal and replace the filter element if necessary.
4. The oil and gas separator filter element is clogged. Replace the oil separator filter element, oil filter element and oil.
5. The pressure regulating valve is out of adjustment or damaged. Adjust the pressure regulator.
6. The diesel engine speed is too low, adjust the speed, or check the diesel engine fuel filter.
7. If the compressor rotor is worn, please ask our service personnel to check it.
8. The intake valve is not opened enough, check the control pipeline.
